Our 112 acre facility provides THREE ARENAS:
ONE: 192' x 300'
TWO: 80' x 120'
THREE: 60' Round
FOUR: 90' Round
FIVE: 100' X 200' Indoor Arena
Opening in October 2006
All are metal pipe construction with the largest set up for roping. We also host clinics, have lots of trail riding.

BOARDING

All rates are quoted per horse

Daily Rate:
$20 to $25 and up
Overnighters are welcome!

Monthly Rate
on Pens:
$350 and up
depending on pen, shelter,
pasture, etc.

SMALL PENS
6-rail pipe corrals
36' x 72' with
3-sided shelters
that are 10' x 12'.

LARGE PENS
120' x 300' with
3-sided shelters
that are 10' x 12'.

PASTURE
$200 Dry Lot

Some pens have automatic
heated water for winter.

Monthly Rate
on Box Stalls:
Stalls: $600 and up
depending on shavings used
(20 sack minimum).

Stallions: $600 and up
Stalls are 12' x 12' with
runs. Turn out extra.
All stalls are indoors.

MARE CARE
$15 per day and up.

FOALING OUT
$150 plus and Vet Fees
and any supply costs.
24 hour supervision is
provided by closed circuit
video camera and
live-in staff.

TRANSPORTATION
$50 per day and
$1 per mile.

All pens and stalls are cleaned,
water changed and filled daily.
Horses are fed twice daily.
Blankets on/off.
Vitamins will be fed if supplied
by owner or paid for by owner.
Insurance is recommended,
but not required.
